Victoria Beckham is set to prove she is a powerful force in the fashion industry by opening her own clothing store. The British celebrity is marketing herself as a fashion player and is cementing her status with a store to stock her own designs. Victoria’s dVb range – which has recently released denim wear – will include handbag and sunglasses. The denim line, dVb, has arrived exclusively to Belfast fashion emporium Carter and, already, dozens of Posh wannabes are adding their names to an ever-growing waiting list.

Last year, Victoria’s Rock and Republic jeans sold out across the UK. This time, Carter was keen to keep a step ahead in the style stakes by signing an exclusive contract with Western Glove Works, the manufacturers of dVb.

Victoria Beckham said she is very much involved in the creation of her DVB line. She said she even travels to the factory in Winnipeg to supervise the production of her jeans. ??? I’m a real consumer, and I think I know how real women want to look.???
